The National Leadership Council (DPN) of the Papuan Indigenous Youth (PAP) Jan Christian Arebo assessed that the shooting by an armed criminal group (KKB) in Beoga District, Puncak Regency, Papua, which killed eight employees of PT Palapa Timur Telematika was a violation of human rights.
