Hukum Memotong Kuku dan Rambut Bagi Orang yang Berqurban


Beberapa hari ini banyak jamaah dan orang awam yang bertanya tentang hukumnya orang yang sudah berniat Qurban. Ketika datang awal bulan Dzulhijjah, Dilarang memotong kuku dan rambut mereka sampai Hewan Qurban mereka selesai di sembelih di hari Idul Adha.

Pertanyaan-pertanyaan semacam ini muncul disebabkan adanya broadcast yang beredar di media sosial dari sebuah stasiun televisi yang melarang bagi Sohibul Qurban untuk memotong rambut, kuku, bahkan bagian tubuh yang lain sampai selesainya mereka berQurban, maka dalam hal ini perlu kita ketahui bahwa asal muasal larangan ini berasal dari hadist Ummi Salamah yang meriwayatkan bahwa Nabi Muhmmad saw pernah bersabda :

مَن كَانَ عِندَهُ ذبْحٌ يُرِيْدُ أَنْ يذبَحَهُ فَرَأَى هِلالَ ذِي الحِجَّةِ فلاَ يَمُسَّ مِن شَعْرِهِ وَ لاَ مِن أَظْفَرِهِ حتَّى يُضَحِّى.

“Barang siapa yang memiliki hewan qurban yang ingin dia sembelih di waktu Hari Raya Qurban, maka ketika dia melihat tanggal 1 Dzulhijjah hendaknya sekali-kali dia tidak memotong Rambutnya dan Kuku-kuku nya hingga dia selesai berQurban”_ (H.R. Imam Al-Baihaqi ).

Dari hadits inilah yang menyatakan Harom dan larangan untuk memotong rambut dan kuku ketika masuk bulan Dzulhijjah bagi yang berQurban sampai dia selesai melakukan qurban.

Ternyata pendapat ini hanya merupakan pendapat Madzhab Hambali dan bukan pendapat 3 Madzhab lainnya. Sedangkan di Indonesia mayoritas umat Islamnya bermadzhab Imam Syafi’i tidak menghukuminya Harom, tapi sekedar Makruh Tanzih.

Lebih jelasnya al-Imam Annawawi dalam kitabnya Majmu’ syarah Muhadzzab juz ke 8 bab tentang Udkhiyah menjelaskan tentang dalam hal memotong rambut dan kuku bahkan bagian tubuh yang lain diawal-awal bulan Dzulhijjah sampai selesainya menyembelih bagi sohibul qurban, Ulama berbeda pendapat dengan perincian :

1. Madzhab Imam Syafi’i menghukuminya Makruh Tanzih berdasarkan haditsnya Sayyidatina Aisyah riwayat Imam Bukhori Muslim.
2. Madzhab Imam Malik dan Imam abi Hanifah menghukuminya tidak makruh.
3. Pendapat Said ibnil Musayyib, Robiah, Imam Ahmad bin Hambal, Ishaq, dan Dawud Dhohiri menyatakan hukumnya Harom.

Akhirnya kalau kita melihat perincian diatas, tidak semua Madzhab menghukuminya Harom, Hanya Madzhab Hambali yang menyatakan Harom. Perlu diketahui, bahwa kita hidup di Indonesia yang mayoritas bermadzhab Imam Syafi’i,
Maka sebaiknya kita mengikuti pendapat Imam Syafii yang Makruh Tanzih, bukan Harom, Demikian yang bisa kami sampaikan, semoga bermanfaat.
